02

What concerns you

For example: your likeness, impersonation, harmful content, intellectual-property infringement or a deceptive claim.

An email address or another reasonable way to contact you about the report and any identity check that becomes necessary.

If the report is about you

You do not need to be the Soclo customer.

A person depicted in content can ask for access, restriction, withdrawal of permission or erasure without opening a Soclo account.

What happens next

  1. Soclo acknowledges the report and decides how urgently the material needs containment.
  2. We locate the content and available records, preserve only what is needed for the investigation, and stop further processing where appropriate.
  3. We contact the account holder where necessary and tell them to remove affected material from any place they published it.
  4. We explain the outcome to the reporter, subject to privacy, legal and safety limits.

Data-rights requests are normally completed within one calendar month. Serious safety reports follow a faster incident process. See Privacy and AI & content safety.
