Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Soclo, provided by Socialiser App Ltd (“Soclo”, “we”, “us”), company number 17243028, registered in England and Wales. They cover the public website, web app, mobile apps, Soclo Pages, Soclo Payments, AI tools and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Soclo is a business growth app. Its capabilities can include website creation and migration, social publishing, campaign strategy, content and advert creation, editing, bookings and leads, customer conversations, analytics, Autopilot and payment tools. You can use a single capability or combine them. Availability varies by plan, device, country, connected platform and launch status.
Features labelled “coming soon”, beta, preview or controlled launch are not part of a guaranteed current service. We may improve, add or remove capabilities, provided we do not remove statutory rights or take payment for a service we do not provide.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, the people you invite and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorised access.
3. Plans, credits and billing
- The Free plan is an ongoing plan with 0 included credits, not a time-limited free trial.
- Usage-based AI and other metered work uses Soclo credits. The interface shows a credit cost before a credit-using action. Ordinary taps and manual editing do not spend credits merely because a control is used.
- Credits may be purchased separately or included in a subscription bundle. Credits do not represent cash, do not earn interest and are not transferable except where law requires.
- Paid plans are billed in advance and normally auto-renew until cancelled. Store-billed subscriptions are managed under the relevant Apple or Google terms. Cancel through the place you subscribed.
- Prices, taxes, currency display, included credits and plan features are shown before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory cooling-off, refund or consumer rights.
4. Soclo Pages, domains and website renewal
Soclo Pages remains an owner-only preview while its public activation, renewal and domain gates are completed. The business scan and personalised website reveal use no credits. The locked launch model is 120 credits to activate each website and 120 credits per month per live website; no Pages activation or renewal charge runs while the public launch gates remain closed.
Before public activation opens, Soclo will show the applicable domain price, renewal terms, notice process, suspension rules and retention terms for acceptance. A custom-domain purchase can add its real local-currency price to the 120-credit activation amount. The first public launch always requires your Publish action.
You are responsible for website content, legal notices, business information, products, services and claims. Where you migrate an existing site, import quality depends on the source platform, available access and the rights you have to the material.
5. Autopilot and approvals
Autopilot can suggest, prepare or perform work according to the permissions, instructions and credit limit you set. Approval-first and hands-free settings are capability-specific. Permission to publish content does not automatically grant permission to contact customers, change a website or use a payment feature.
The first website launch always requires your tap. Bank details, prices, campaign budgets, refunds and payment settings always require confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing Autopilot permissions and for lawful output created under the settings you chose. You can reduce or pause autonomy settings.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited worldwide licence to host, process, format, generate derivatives you request, publish and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service. You must own the content or hold every necessary right and permission, including permission from people depicted in it.
You are responsible for factual claims, offers, prices, testimonials, music, trademarks, advertising compliance and permissions. Soclo output and suggestions may be wrong and must be checked where accuracy matters.
7. AI content, actors and likeness
AI features can create or assist with text, images, video, audio, strategy and editing. Availability and provider may vary. You may use yourself, a properly authorised real actor or a synthetic character where the relevant feature is available.
- Do not generate, animate, edit or imitate a recognisable real person’s face or voice without current, recorded permission.
- Do not create sexualised, intimate, exploitative or abusive deepfakes.
- A synthetic actor must not be presented as a named real customer, a genuine testimonial or proof of a claim.
- Do not hide, strip or tamper with generation provenance, watermarks or safety signals.
- Do not bypass consent, verification, provider safeguards or account restrictions; do not use another person’s actor or asset identifier.
- Do not resell, expose or re-integrate Soclo’s model access into another service.
Soclo does not offer voice cloning. A real person is handled through the separate named-permission route, with a private permission record, removal controls, generation logging and public reporting. See AI & content safety.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Soclo to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; harass, threaten or exploit; create child sexual abuse material; promote hate or terrorism; impersonate a person, business, bank, provider or public body; publish fake reviews; create phishing or fake login pages; make unsubstantiated medical, financial, legal or other regulated claims; send bulk unsolicited direct messages; scrape; manipulate engagement; share credentials; interfere with the Service; or violate connected-platform rules.
We may refuse a generation, remove or restrict content, suspend an account, preserve evidence and report to a provider or authority where necessary to protect people, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
9. Soclo Payments
Payment services can require identity, business and merchant verification by the payment provider. Card entry and settlement are handled through payment infrastructure; Soclo does not promise that every business or transaction will be accepted. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, product delivery and customer-law obligations remain the merchant’s responsibility except where law says otherwise.
The in-store card machine is not part of the current service while labelled coming soon. Never rely on a planned hardware feature until an actual offer is available.
10. Connected platforms and third parties
Connected social networks, app stores, payment providers, domain registrars, AI providers and other services have their own terms and can change access, rate limits, policies or availability. You authorise Soclo only for the permissions you grant and can disconnect supported accounts. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent decision to restrict or remove an account or item.
11. Soclo intellectual property
The Service, software, interface and Soclo branding are owned by Socialiser App Ltd or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, evade metering or create a competing service using protected Soclo material except where law permits.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search ranking, advertising performance, revenue, customer growth or a specific business result. Analytics can place signals together but do not prove that a particular post caused a particular sale unless reliable evidence establishes it.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or third-party platform action. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Soclo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Suspension, termination and deletion
You can stop using Soclo and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, provider requirement or legal obligation. Website-specific grace and retention rules are not active while Pages remains an owner-only preview; final terms will be shown before public activation opens. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription controlled by Apple or Google; cancel it through that store as well.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights available in your country of residence.
